ENGLISH/AMERICAN BREAKFAST
Summary:
Second year students of secondary education (2º ESO) have made an English/American breakfast as an activity to celebrate the day of the high school and know more about other cultures.
Every year we celebrate the day of the high school and all the students prepare different activities. Last month, we decided to make a typical breakfast with recipes from USA and UK.
Firstly, we put in common a lot of recipes and we looked for more on the internet. Secondly, we chose the recipe that we wanted to elaborate, individually or in groups. Thirdly, we cooked the recipe at home. Sometimes, we needed the help of our parents. Finally, we brought our homework products to the high school and we put them on a long table.
The place to enjoy the breakfast was a part of the school, near our classrooms. We decorated that area with balloons, flags, colourful papers, etc. It was beautiful! After that, teachers, other students and we enjoyed the breakfast and took many pictures of that day. It was fantastic and everything was delicious! Yum, yum!
Now, we will show you how to cook pancakes!
